Transparent pricing and billing

Outbound calls are included
Outbound calls cost extra on Zoom Phone’s base plan. OpenPhone always includes calls and texts to the US and Canada.
Up to 100 shared numbersÂ
Teammates using OpenPhone can call, text, and collaborate from the same number at the same time. But with Zoom Phone’s shared numbers, you’re limited to 10 users per shared number, unable to text, and can’t collaborate with team members on internal threads.
Calls and texts live in the shared inbox
Using OpenPhone, you can see the sender for each call and message. You can also see in real-time when someone on your team is typing. Unlike Zoom Phone, which doesn’t have a shared SMS text inbox, all of your calls and texts are easy to find in the shared inbox.Â
Keep everyone in the loop
Auto-send relevant feedback and other notifications to Slack channels with the OpenPhone Slack integration. Work together to close deals or get input on an external conversation via private notes tied to contacts.
Train using real-life scenarios
Use recordings of customer calls to train new and existing team members. With the tap of a button, your team can effortlessly record inbound and outbound calls and instantly share recordings with team members who share the phone number.Â

Even though Zoom Phone offers unlimited inbound calls, you’ll pay per minute for outbound calls. With OpenPhone, you get unlimited inbound and outbound calling to US and Canada.
